Bycool Blueline Flat 12 volt
The 12 volt Blueline Flat is a roof mounting evaporative air cooler. It can be installed in light commercial vehicles, motorhomes and other vehicles with a good, dependable 12 volt power supply and suitable roof.
Bycool evaporative units use the natural evaporation of water to cool air. They can be used with the engine running or switched OFF, during the day-time and night-time, for resting in the cabin and for loading and unloading.
Evaporative coolers are not air conditioners, there is no power hungry compressor in these systems. Instead they use natural principles to cool the air.
When a liquid evaporates, it absorbs heat.
Bycool evaporative systems are based on this principle. The outside hot air passes through a humidity filter where the water evaporates, absorbing the heat
and cooling the air.
Evaporative coolers work best when the ambient is hot and dry. When the outside humidity rises, the cooling effect reduces.
