SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping
We offer free UK delivery for all orders – no minimum order amount required. Orders placed before 14:00 Monday-Friday, subject to cleared payment, will be dispatched the same day. Orders that are placed after the cut-off time will not be guaranteed to be dispatched the same day but we will endeavour to process them if possible. All other orders will be sent out the following working day. Subject to current opening hours and bank holidays.
After receiving confirmation of your order, you can expect to be sent a further email confirming dispatch which will include a tracking number provided by our chosen courier.
DPD
Our UK premium courier delivery service is provided by DPD. After receiving confirmation of your order, you will be sent a further email confirming dispatch which will include a tracking number provided by our courier. You may track your parcel by entering your tracking number at the following link: DPD Track My Parcel. A signature will be required.Â
Royal Mail
Our standard UK post delivery service is provided by Royal Mail.
Small, low weight orders valued at less than £36 inc VAT will be sent via 1st Class Post – no tracking provided. Small, low weight orders valued between £36-£90 inc VAT will be sent via 1st Class Recorded Delivery (signature required). A tracking number will be provided upon confirmation of your order. Returns & Cancellations
Returning goods
If you wish to return goods, you must inform Eberspacher Direct of your intention to return your order by either telephone, email or post within 14 days of receiving your order.
You will then receive confirmation from Eberspacher Direct and given authorisation to return goods that are in an unopened and unused condition.
Once we have received the returned goods, we will issue you with a full refund of the value of these goods. You will be required to return goods at your cost by an insured and trackable method. If you are unable to arrange a return of goods, we can arrange collection on your behalf but a charge will be made which will be deducted from your total refund.
Cancelling your order
Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. If your order consists of multiple goods, the 14 day period runs from when you get the last of the batch. This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to actually send the goods back.
Orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be cancelled. You will have to return these goods to Eberspacher Direct upon reception.

All costs relating to return shipping of correctly supplied goods shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Eberspacher Direct is not responsible for any shipping/insurance charges related to the return of goods by the customer.
Only unopened and unused goods will be accepted for return. We will not accept goods that have been installed by the customer as these are deemed as used.
